Today, we’re excited to share that Lative has raised $7.5 million to accelerate the product development of our AI-powered Sales Planning platform and expand our go-to-market. The round was co-led by Act Venture Capital and Senovo VC, has also been backed by Elkstone, Enterprise Ireland, WestWave Capital, Handshake Ventures and Shuttle.

This milestone reflects a growing industry need for a smarter, more connected way to plan and operate sales organisations and the rapid momentum behind Lative’s AI-powered Sales Planning & Decision Intelligence Platform.

Sales planning is one of the most critical activities in any go-to-market organisation but for most teams, it’s still manual, slow, and dependent on spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

Lative replaces this fragmented process with one cloud-based platform that connects top-down targets and quota plans with bottom-up sales productivity and productive capacity. Lative was launched in 2022 by Werner Schmidt and Laura Tortosa Sancho, who bring more than 32 years of senior operations experience across Sage, Citrix, and Deloitte. Across every organisation they worked in, they saw the same problem: critical sales planning processes slowed down by manual work and no real-time visibility.

That frustration became the foundation for Lative.

In the past 15 months alone, Lative has achieved 10x growth, and today supports customers such as Seismic, Intercom, Aiven, Avalara and Version 1.

Lative was also recently ranked second to Salesforce on G2’s Sales Planning Grid and has forged integration partnerships with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Snowflake to enable seamless data sharing.
