The past few months have been non-stop for the Lative team, packed with events, customer visits, and plenty of face time with the RevOps community across the U.S. and Europe.
It all kicked off in New Orleans, where we sponsored the RevOps Co-Op AF event. Werner took to the stage to share how teams can build a scalable, connected approach to sales planning and decision intelligence.
The energy was high, the insights were flowing, and the conversations around RevOps maturity were some of the best we’ve had.

From there Werner and Laura headed to New York to meet with a fast growing AI company to review their data in Lative. We then crossed over America to Santa Barbara to meet with one of our investors and some prospects.
Next stop was San Francisco, where we hosted a Happy Hour. The evening brought together customers, operators and GTM folks from across the Bay Area, a brilliant mix of perspectives, conversations and a few familiar faces.
While in San Francisco, we also took the opportunity to visit some of our customers in person. These sessions always spark fresh thinking and help us stay closely tied to how our customers are actually working today.
We also took the opportunity to meet with our current VCs which were great conversations as we look to the future.

Next up was London, where we caught up with more of our customers face-to-face. These quieter, more focused conversations are just as valuable as the big stage moments, they help us understand how Lative fits into their planning process and where we can continue to add value.
While in London, we were also honored to attend Notion’s Capital Top 100 Start-ups in Europe event, where Lative was recognized as number 62 on the list! This report identifies the very best early-stage business software start-ups in Europe, and we’re proud to be among the companies believed to have what it takes to challenge the established order and become major success stories across Europe and beyond.

Finally, we wrapped the tour in Berlin for RevOps Co-Op’s first European event. We were proud to sponsor and support the growing RevOps community on this side of the Atlantic and once again, Werner took to the stage to share our perspective on scaling with clarity and confidence. We also got to meet some ex SAGE colleagues.

It’s been a busy few months and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
From customer meetups to main-stage moments, it’s been all about connecting with the people behind the planning. A huge thank you to everyone we met along the way and to the team at RevOps Co-Op for creating such standout events..
More to come, but for now, it’s time to catch our breath (and unpack the suitcase).
