We are excited to welcome Ollie Sharpe as our new Chief Commercial Officer at Lative.
Ollie’s career started with LinkedIn where he was employee 15 in EMEA. His early role in sales transitioned into leadership, where he honed his skills in managing and nurturing teams during a period of rapid growth and eventually lead the LinkedIn Talent Solutions team.
Following his tenure at LinkedIn, Ollie was the first person on the ground for Salesloft in EMEA, where he grew the international business to over $25m in ARR. His strategic and operational leadership contributed to his reputation for strong team engagement and effectiveness and building a high performance sales organisation.
Ollie has been an active voice in promoting diversity in sales, particularly advocating for women in sales . His commitment extends beyond gender diversity; he is a prominent speaker on mental wellbeing in the sales industry. His efforts are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment that supports the mental and emotional health of sales professionals.
In addition to his leadership roles, Ollie has served as an advisor to several startups, including OneUp Sales and Trumpet, bringing invaluable insights into sales and business growth. His expertise is highly sought after in the SaaS community in the UK&I, where he has established a significant network through his participation in industry events and discussions.
